This is the front office of the Bridge River Valley Economic Development Society Building, supported by BC Hydro and a CAP grant. The building hosts a Tourist Info center and offers the following Community Resources:

· high speed internet services - provided by Minto Communications

· computer usage; Windows XP, MS Office 2003, Adobe Reader, Picture It (digital imaging), CD burning

· fax and photocopy; color photos from CD, scan and print or black & white and color images

· monthly valley newsletter; local business directory, local brochures and maps

· production of brochures, business cards, marketing and info publications

Our Mandate

BRVEDS operates in the Bridge River Valley in order to ensure the presence of business and private communication resources for valley residents. "Encouraging and assisting in the promotion of economic development in the beautiful, upper Bridge River Valley."

We also provide Tourist Information services.

Our new photocopying machine allows double sided copies, stapling, collating, and various paper sizes. Visitors may make their own copies or ask for assistance from the receptionist on duty.

Costs for services and production are free. Costs for copies and supplies are minimal and only GST is charged.

Detailed topographical and forestry service maps are posted on our walls. We have Lillooet Area Forestry maps available for sale. We also sell an extensive map of the Bridge River Valley.

Everyone is welcome. Refreshments available.

Fax and photocopying services available for the price of materials.

Lamination services available at minimal fees.

We sell burnable CDs, floppy disks, colour photo prints from file, photographic paper, photo frames, business card paper and templates, labels of assorted sizes, plus the services to produce labels, business cards, photos, post cards, greeting cards, brochures, newsletters, etc.

We sell packages of printer paper and special card stock as well. Have your old toners and ink cartridges re-filled through us at a discounted cost.

High Speed Internet Service

Thanks to Minto Communications, we are able to offer high speed internet service to the public from two computers in our building.

CD burning services are available from files created on our computers and from files and downloads accessed on the internet.
